From personal experience to transmission: a training path to become Teachers and Masters of Usui Reiki

The Fourth Level of Usui Reiki – Master is the completion of the training path begun with the First Level and, at the same time, the beginning of a new phase: the transmission of the method.
Being a Reiki Master means learning to pass on what you have received, carrying out the Attunement Ceremonies, leading courses and seminars and accompanying students, while keeping presence, responsibility, ethics and respect for the person at the centre.
One of the core elements is learning the Reiki Transmission Procedure through the Attunement Ceremonies. Passing on Reiki does not only mean knowing a procedure correctly: it means understanding the meaning of the path you offer your students and accompanying them with respect for their pace, sensitivity and individuality.
Reiki practice is related to the Theory of Archetypes, Systems Theory and the Phenomenological Approach, to build a broader view of the person and of the process of growth.
Becoming a Master also means taking on an ethical responsibility: respect for boundaries and competences, care for confidentiality, awareness of the responsibility that arises in the relationship between teacher and student.

Regular attendance at seminars and growing experience in leading individuals and groups.

The Fourth Level is for those who have completed the training required in the previous levels and wish to begin the process of becoming a Teacher/Master of Usui Reiki, taking on the responsibility of passing on Reiki and accompanying others on their training path.
