Reiki training · Level 1
An experiential seminar to receive the attunement to Reiki energy, learn to practise on yourself and on others, and begin a path of awareness and personal growth
"Reiki is the secret art of inviting happiness"
Usui Reiki First Level is the beginning of a journey. A path that lets you approach Reiki through direct experience, learning to use this practice first of all on yourself and then in treating others.
Two days dedicated to getting to know the method, to practice, listening and awareness, in which theory and experience are constantly interwoven. No previous knowledge is needed.
The word Reiki is made up of the Japanese terms Rei and Ki and is commonly translated as Universal Life Energy. The method handed down through the tradition of Mikao Usui uses the touch of the hands and specific practices to encourage a state of relaxation, listening and rebalancing. Through practice we learn to stop, listen to the body and the emotions, observe what happens within us and bring greater presence into our daily lives.
The heart of the First Level is the four Attunement Ceremonies.
In the Reiki tradition, the Attunements introduce the student to channelling energy and begin their personal path with the method.
This is why the seminar is not just a body of knowledge or techniques to learn.
The Attunement marks the beginning of a path that will continue through Self-Treatment, experience and daily practice.
Reiki can become an opportunity to meet deep parts of your own story.
Through silence, the touch of the hands, meditation and listening, we can create a space in which to recognise emotions, needs, resources and aspects of ourselves that often stay in the background in daily life.
On this path we will also meet the theme of the Inner Child: the part of us that holds memories, sensitivity, needs, spontaneity and the capacity for wonder.
Reconnecting with this dimension means learning to listen to it and welcome it, but also rediscovering qualities and resources that may have been forgotten.
In this way Reiki becomes a tool to accompany a wider process of self-knowledge and reconciliation with yourself.

Aims
Who it is for
Reiki First Level is open to everyone and has no prerequisites. It is suited to those who wish to get to know Reiki, give themselves a space for personal growth, deepen their listening to themselves or acquire a practice to bring into their daily life. You don't need to want to become a Reiki Practitioner: the First Level can be lived entirely as a personal experience. For those who feel the wish to continue, it is the first step of a progressive path of deepening and training.
