Each of us is born within a story. Even before we were born, there were relationships, bonds, separations, loves, losses, choices and destinies that ran through the generations of our family.
Family and Systemic Constellations offer an experiential tool to observe these dynamics from a new perspective, bringing to light bonds, identifications and patterns that may be acting unconsciously in our personal life and relationships. It is not about looking for blame or responsibility in the past, but about learning to look at your own story with a wider gaze.
The Family Constellations approach sees the person not as an isolated individual, but as part of several systems of belonging, starting with the family. Bringing awareness to these dynamics can open up a new space: recognising your roots, giving back what does not belong to you and recovering resources that help you move forward on your path.
Two days of theoretical and practical experience to learn the fundamental principles of the method and experience it first-hand. The theory constantly alternates with practical work exploring the participants' Morphogenetic Field. The group itself becomes a fundamental part of the process.
All the Constellations seminars are also core teachings of the training programmes with La Città della Luce, leading up to Professional Training for Family Constellations Facilitators and Holistic Practitioners/Counsellors.
Family Constellations do not invite you to erase the past, but to look at it — to give a place even to what has long been excluded, forgotten or unseen. When what belongs to the past can be acknowledged, and what belongs to the present can finally be lived, it becomes possible to take your own place in life with greater freedom.

Integrating what emerges and opening up new possibilities in our relationship with ourselves, with others and with our own story.
Who it is for
The seminar is open to everyone and requires no previous experience. It is suited to those who wish to deepen their knowledge of themselves and of their family history, understand dynamics that tend to repeat themselves in relationships, go through a time of change with a wider perspective, or get to know the method first-hand. You don't need to come to the seminar with a specific issue to constellate: taking part as a representative or an observer is also an integral part of the experience.
