Paths · A space devoted to you
The person comes before the discipline.
Getting started
We don't always need a course or a group experience. Sometimes we feel the need to stop, to be listened to and to make space for what we are going through: a time of change, a relationship, a choice, the need to find balance again or simply the wish to know ourselves more deeply.
You can come already knowing which experience you would like, or simply with a question. There is no method that suits everyone, and we don't always need the same tool at different times in our life: a first meeting can help us work out together which approach might suit you best. The consultations are led by Jyoti Leila Sadegholvaad, Holistic Counsellor, a professional practising under Italian Law 4/2013 and listed on the Unicounseling Professional Register, no. CG-0113P.
Benefits
Each session is a path in its own right: choose the one that feels closest to you, or let's start with an initial conversation to work it out together.
Holistic counselling is a helping relationship focused on wellbeing and awareness: it is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or psychological care.

Frequently asked questions
With a first individual meeting. You don't need to have an answer already: you can start simply from what you feel you want to explore, and work out together which tool suits you best right now.
Holistic counselling works on the present and on the person's wellbeing, not on treating disorders. If something emerges during the path that requires a healthcare professional, it is the counsellor's clear duty to say so and refer you on.
