Legal information

Privacy and data processing.

What data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us at any time.

Privacy notice provided under Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Last updated: 30 September 2026.

Who processes your data

The data controller is RiminiScenze Olistiche, owned by Jyoti Leila Sadegholvaad, Via Antonio Battarra 1 int. 19, 47921 Rimini (RN) — VAT no. 04704080409.

For any matter concerning your data you can write to info@riminiscenzeolistiche.com or call 333 258 8114.

What data we collect

We only collect the data you leave us when filling in the request form: name, email address and/or phone number, the service you are interested in, the period you prefer and the message you write. None of these fields is mandatory apart from your name and one contact detail: without at least one of the two we would not be able to reply to you.

Please do not write any information about your health or other special categories of data in the form: if there is something you think would be useful for us to know, we can talk about it in person or on the phone, where the setting is more appropriate.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your data only to reply to you and to arrange the session or course you asked us about. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, solely for getting back in touch with you, the consent you give us by sending the form (Art. 6.1.a).

We do not use your data to send you advertising, we do not pass it on to anyone and we do not carry out profiling.

How long we keep it

Requests remain in our system for as long as needed to handle them and, if you become a client, for the period required by accounting and tax obligations. If nothing comes of it, the request is deleted automatically after twelve months: you can still ask us to delete it straight away.

Who else sees the data

The site is hosted on a server in the European Union; the hosting provider can technically access the data only for maintenance purposes, and is appointed as data processor. Nobody else receives your data.

External services used by the site

The fonts and the animation library are served from our own server: to show you this page, your IP address does not reach any external provider. If, however, you open one of the links that lead outside the site — WhatsApp, the map, the La Città della Luce website — from that moment on the privacy policy of whoever runs it applies.

Visit statistics

To understand which pages are useful and how people reach the site, we count visits in an anonymous, aggregated form, using Umami: a tool installed on the same server in the European Union that hosts the site, so no data goes to Google or other companies. It does not use cookies and does not store your IP address: it records the page viewed, the site you came from, the type of device, the browser and its language, and your approximate area (country, region and city, derived from the address at the time of the visit, which is not kept afterwards), with no way of tracing who you are. If you have enabled «Do Not Track» in your browser, your visit is not counted. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

This site does not use cookies: no profiling cookies, no advertising cookies, no statistics cookies. There is no Google Analytics and no social network pixel. The only thing the site saves in your browser is the draft of the form, so that if you close the page by mistake you don't have to rewrite everything from scratch: it stays on your device, we cannot see it and it never reaches us. You can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a readable format or to object to its processing; you can also withdraw your consent, without this making unlawful what was done before. Just write to us: we reply within one month.

If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority, garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

If we change the way we process data — for example by adding a statistics tool — we will update this page and the date at the top.
