Formazione Family and Systemic Constellations
A journey to the roots of our relationships, to meet the other with greater freedom and awareness

To love means to enter into relationship. With the other, but first of all with ourselves, with our story and with everything we learned about love in the family we grew up in.
The Love, Sexuality and Couple Relationships seminar offers two days of theory and experience to explore, through Family and Systemic Constellations, the deep dynamics that can show up in our love relationships — to understand and recognise what belongs to our own story and to create a new space in which the relationship can be lived with greater presence, responsibility and freedom.
The family is the first place where we experience relationships: it is there that we meet our first models of a couple and build, often unconsciously, many of the images we will carry into our adult relationships. Bringing these dynamics to light makes it possible to distinguish what belongs to our family history from what we wish to choose for our life today.
During the seminar we will also explore our relationship with masculine and feminine energies.
Even before we meet them in a partner, these dimensions are part of our inner world. Recognising your own relationship with the masculine and the feminine can offer new keys to understanding the way you relate to others, express your needs, experience intimacy and meet the other.
On this path, sexuality is seen from a wider perspective than the sexual encounter alone: it is also pleasure, desire, creativity, expression, freedom. Systemic work offers a protected space in which to look at these themes with respect and without judgement, recognising what may have limited the free expression of this part of ourselves and encouraging a more conscious relationship with the body, pleasure and intimacy.

Sexuality also as a life force: the ability to feel pleasure, to create, to express ourselves.
Who it is for
The seminar is for anyone who wishes to look more deeply at the way they experience love, intimacy and relationships — those who come up against dynamics that tend to repeat themselves, are going through a change in their love life, or wish to explore their relationship with the masculine, the feminine, sexuality and pleasure. You don't need to be in a couple to take part: it can be experienced by people who are single, in a couple or at any stage of their emotional journey.
Personal growth and professional training
