What does it mean to be successful? For some it means fulfilment at work, for others giving shape to a project, expressing their creativity, achieving financial independence or simply feeling that they are in the right place in their life. And yet sometimes, just when we want to grow, change or achieve something important, we come up against obstacles that are hard to understand.
Insecurity, fear of failure, difficulty recognising our own worth, guilt about receiving or having more than others, fear of putting ourselves out there, an inability to see our projects through.
Through the lens of Family and Systemic Constellations we can explore whether, behind insecurity, fear of failure, difficulty recognising our own worth or guilt about receiving, there are dynamics linked to our personal and family history. The seminar is a theoretical and experiential journey dedicated to our relationship with our own worth, work, money, personal power and responsibility.
Our family passes on far more to us than material inheritance: we receive ideas about work, money, personal fulfilment and sacrifice. Sometimes we may unconsciously feel loyal to the hardships lived by those who came before us, or we may have learned that to obtain anything we have to sacrifice ourselves.
Money carries meanings that go beyond its material value: security, independence, power, freedom, but also fear, conflict, guilt or sacrifice. The intention is to become more aware of the meaning we give to money.
Self-realisation also means owning your personal power — the ability to choose, to act and to take responsibility for your own life. Systemic work makes it possible to explore the difficulty of being visible, taking a stand and receiving recognition.

Who it is for
The seminar is open to anyone who wishes to explore their relationship with personal and professional fulfilment: those who feel they have abilities they struggle to express, who meet recurring blocks at work, who are going through a career change, or who wish to better understand their relationship with money. It is also for those who are not going through any particular difficulty, but wish to explore more deeply what success and self-realisation mean to them.
Personal growth and professional training
